Practical guidance for people who recognise their patterns but cannot yet change them.

I have worked with people for more than twenty years, mostly in healthcare, and I trained in Applied Psychology. These days I work online from Portugal, where I live on an off-grid smallholding.

What I do is not digging up the past. I work with what keeps repeating now: the triggers you only recognise once it is too late, the beliefs that hold you back, and the signals your body gives before your head catches up. From there we look at your defence mechanisms, what they once did for you, and how you can turn them into strength and independence.

I bring a spiritual perspective to this, with both feet firmly on the ground.

I work in English and Dutch, not in Portuguese. Sessions are online, so where you live makes no difference.
