Sobre Esther
I am Esther Oomen, certified autism coach, based in Best near Eindhoven. I coach employees with a diagnosis or a suspicion of autism who are tired, live too much in their head, have lost the overview, or struggle with sensory overload at work.
As the mother of two sons with autism and the partner of a man with suspected autism, I know from my own life what it takes to find balance day after day. After an accident and a long rehabilitation I had to learn for myself how to keep calm and energy at work. That search taught me what really works.
For more than five years I have been helping people, in a practical and positive way, to set up their work so that it works for them too.

An intake conversation, followed by five months of working together in practical sessions of about an hour, with exercises to do in between. The track includes the me.scan and two books, and I am available for questions between sessions.

I help you discover how to create a grip on your own energy: calm in your head, an overview both at work and at home, and ways to prevent sensory overload. Alongside that, I inform the people around an employee about what they can do to support them.

Inscrição e intake
You send an email, call, or book an appointment through my website. We speak for about 45 minutes, and if there is a click we start your track whenever you want, which can be at short notice.

you are an employee with autism, ADHD or giftedness, diagnosed or suspected, and you are tired, live too much in your head, have lost the overview, or struggle with sensory overload at work. I also advise managers and teams.
Menos adequado quando
trauma is at play, or when it concerns young people or children. In those cases I am glad to refer you on to someone else.

When trauma is at play, or when EMDR or something similar is called for, I refer you on to a colleague coach or counsellor. Sometimes I refer to a doctor or to other specialist help.
